Mouth watering crunchy squid where can be eaten just like that or with rice..


These is a favourite Malaysian seafood dish as many prefer this to be less oil and cruncy ... especially to fried food lovers... *p/s me too :P

I love to try this dish specially at Bukit Tambun Seafood where they serve it hot and cruncy and most important for me ..it should be less oily.

Wan Tham Mee...

Made from home-made egg noodles, tender pork/chicken folded into small curry puff like sacs, topped with roasted pork/ chicken and secret old style seasoning...not to forget with pickled green chilies.
This delicacy can be served as dried or soup style....


A little bit more about this cuisine.... after decades , peoples had modified this recipe and added curry into it... so it taste more curry-ish wan tham mee... anyhow... original is always the best... have a try when drop by Penang.

This is also sold at its own flavor and traditional style at Gurney Hawker Stall...
